Accessing GLOW and TEAMS
If your child is experiencing difficulties accessing GLOW, Teams or Outlook, please follow the three steps below:
1a. If they are using a Microsoft device please ensure Google Chrome web browser is used to access GLOW at https://sts.platform.rmunify.com/Account/SignIn – logging in with GLOW user details and follow the instructions below. GLOW does not work well on other browsers.
1b. If they are using an Apple device please continue using the Safari web browser to access GLOW at https://sts.platform.rmunify.com/Account/SignIn – logging in with GLOW user details and follow the instructions below.
2. If they are still unable to view homework in the assignments section of Teams, please clear cookies and cache from the web history.
3. Lastly, please ensure any other users on the same device are logged out of both Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
